Integrated system ensures ability to change

St1 had inherited a number of systems through acquisitions. These systems were incompatible. This made it difficult to gather information and form a comprehensive picture of the situation. The use of separate systems also led to differing operating practices across countries and market areas. The company wanted to ensure that the systems would work together in support of joint operations.

 

St1 launched the end-to-end overhaul of systems in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Digia was responsible for integrating the systems into a smart solution and providing the ERP system that forms the core of the solution. When all the systems work as a seamless whole, the company has a joint platform enabling the development of business operations.
