Trade enrichment and validation for back office position handling and clearing & settlement fulfils the necessary details as the process advances -calculating fees, checking restrictions, available credit and collateral, always ensuring there are no obstructions along the path to a settled trade, confirmed client position or bank account and bookkeeping transactions.
Profound Clearing and Settlement functions for domestic and cross-border settlement handle transactions through the SWIFT ISO standard.
Customisable Back Office Process
The Securities Trading System’s multi-currency and multi-entity functions enable a distributed solution for domestic and international operations. The system is configurable to correspond to organisational or market changes where new entities are added or new market places are emerging.
The system includes full-scale position management functionalities that track the current and historical position. The Corporate Action module enables CA scheduling and monitoring - combined with easy integration to market data delivery systems, the module provides an automated and flexible way for handling corporate actions.
Rule-based fee management in the system handles also overlapping cost definitions and maintains information on used fee selection rules. The customizable General Ledger module is equipped with tools for invoicing, bookkeeping and cash account management. The system supports both ad hoc and scheduled reporting. Client and regulatory reporting can be handled with a high level of automation, minimizing manual work.
