SYSOPENDIGIA will deliver a centralised, browser-based membership management and payment system for the Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors (JHL) and its unemployment fund. The system will provide services over the intranet and extranet belonging to JHL and its unemployment fund. The applications will be used, for example, by the personnel of the trade union and unemployment fund, and their members.
The system will be implemented in phases – at the end of 2007 for JHL and in early 2008 for the unemployment fund. In addition to the system delivery, SYSOPENDIGIA is responsible for induction training and user support services.

At the same time, it will open up new opportunities to expand the web services of the membership register and fund," say Pertti Paajanen, responsible for the membership unit of JHL and Pasi Koskinen, director at JHL's unemployment fund.
"Previously, JHL used two separate membership management systems. JHL's unemployment fund also used a separate payment system for daily allowances. In order to improve its overall services, JHL and the unemployment fund decided to centralise their membership management and daily allowance payment system under a single solution,' says Sales Manager Petri Nyyrölä of SYSOPENDIGIA.
This contract will further reinforce SYSOPENDIGIA's market leadership in the delivery of systems for trade unions and unemployment funds. In future, SYSOPENDIGIA develops the electronic transactions of JHL and its unemployment fund – the current contract includes an option for mobile expansion.
