The telecommunications business is undergoing a period of rapid change, during which the cost effective production of services is crucial to remain competitive. On the
international level, this has led to operators tightening the focus of their service portfolio, service production and R&D investments. We offer an alternative to be reckoned with: outsource a part of your service production, R&D and product management to us. Services can also include outsourcing operators' staff.
The goal of our outsourcing service is to offer operators high- quality and cost effective management, support, product management, training services and customer-specific integration projects for services related to telecommunications networks.
Together with operators, we have created a process for outsourcing services that enables their controlled and secure changeover. This process includes operator-level SLAs, 24/7 product and service support, management of R&D and installation work, operator training, sales support, customer service and the integration of error-handling processes.
