In the performance review, employees together with their supervisor ensure seamless development of their expertise in line with the targets of the company. In order to develop our expertise, we constantly train and develop our employees. Our expertise is developed also through co-operation with specialists in selected fields and with experts who have a wide range of skills.


    Supporting wellbeing of employees

    We believe that personal wellbeing in life consists of many different elements. Physical wellbeing is important also in relation to mental wellbeing, and vice versa. Also, there are various team sports groups in different locations, formed on the basis of interest expressed by employees. We also look after physical wellbeing by providing a extensive occupational health care service, including dental care and medical specialists' services.

    In our personnel club, called OpenClub, colleagues can take up hobbies according to their needs, with their employer's support. With OpenClub, there are several sports- and arts-focused clubs in different locations where our active employees participate in many kinds of activities, from golf and winter swimming to poker and theatre trips.

    The employees have an opportunity to spend their vacation in holiday cottages at Ruka, Tahko, and Vierumäki. Also, we can provide tickets to sporting events. We organise events, including parties, that are open to all employees.
