    Digia Enterprise is an ERP and financial management system for the industrial and wholesale trade sectors. The system includes tools for the management of a company's internal processes. The system is scalable in accordance with the needs and size of a business. It is used for managing companies' operations all the way from procurement to invoicing. Regarding its software architecture, the system is independent of any user interface. Enterprise is used for eliminating manual work stages, decreasing the possibility of errors, and developing and standardising operating models.

    Open technology solution
    Enterprise is based on user interface-independent object architecture, where the system's business logic has been separated from the user interfaces. This software can be used through a Windows user interface in a client/server environment, or through the Internet. If required, the software's use can be extended to various mobile terminals, such as PDAs and mobile telephones. The software supports multi-language and multi-currency processing.

    Easy integration
    It is possible to integrate MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel and Word, reporting and analysis tools, such as Cognos PowerPlay, and other information systems used by the company with the Enterprise system.

    It is possible to utilise the Digia iSuite integration product in the company's internal and external (partners') integration. The system offers a flexible and scalable method for integrating the information flows between systems and companies. The standards supported by Enterprise include Finvoice, an electronic invoice standard recommended by Finnish banks. In addition to traditional EDI connections, implementing XML-based solutions, different eLetter, eInvoice, fax and email-based services is easy and fast.
