Digia Logistics

    Digia Logistics is an ERP system for transport and logistics companies. Due to its modular structure, the solution is customisable for each customer and need. The solution's complete internal integration and easy integration with companies' other information systems enable real-time information transfer within the solution and between applications. The Logistics solution is easy to use due to it´s visual user interface.

    Transport
    This solution is suitable for planning and tracking companies' transports. The system is used for managing distributed and collected material lots, and controlling the equipment used for transportation. This module includes all of the functions required for job and freight note management and the transport organiser's needs. It also includes tools for freight contract maintenance, invoicing, and the drafting of statistics and reports.

    The module can be extended to cover the requirements of the international transport business.

    Warehouse rental
    The system includes a module for the operative needs of companies providing warehouse rental services. It is used to manage warehouse check-ins, warehouse balances and warehouse retrievals in a customer-specific manner. The module includes contract-based pricing and invoicing of warehouse services. Customers can view their warehouse balances and order material from the warehouse through the Internet.

    Terminal facility
    The Terminal module can be integrated into the transport system so that all material information concerning units to be unloaded or loaded and shipment freight notes are directly available to the company providing the terminal services. This system is used for managing unloading and loading in the terminal, temporary storage of materials and the organisation of domestic transport. It also produces documents that fulfil customs regulations related to the handling of third-country materials.

    Logistics includes consistent invoicing and purchase invoice processing, transport and forwarding contract management, margin calculation and operative reporting. Electronic invoices can be included in the system, in the Finvoice format.

    The Digia Logistics product family also includes Digia ProShipping shipping system, Digia ProSped forwarding solution and Digia ProStock warehousing solution.
