Digia was rewarded as IBM's e-commerce partner of 2005


IBM Finland has rewarded its most distinguished partner companies for 2005. The company awarded Partner of the Year recognitions in a total of seven categories, all of which comprised the retailing of IBM's software and system products and services.

SYSOPENDIGIA was chosen as the IBM partner for 2005 in the IBM Software e-commerce category of software solutions for electronic commerce. Last year SYSOPENDIGIA invested in IBM product know-how in the building of portal and trading place systems and successfully implemented customer solutions supported by it.

"We expect electronic commerce to become more common in the future and we want to be involved in the vanguard of this development and in the building of this market," says Teemu Vidgrén, trade sector director at SYSOPENDIGIA. "We also offer our customers an opportunity to be pioneers in their sectors in electronic commerce in the areas of consumer trade and business-to-business trade," Vidgrén continues.
